Beat the Heat, Day 4

Veggie Pasta (Stovetop)

1/2 pkg of penne pasta, prepared
1-2 C frozen veggies
1/2 C feta
1/4 C Parmesan
crushed red pepper
Greek seasoning
drizzle of olive oil or coconut oil

Prepare pasta, during last 4 minutes add frozen veggies. Drain. Add cheeses, seasonings and oil. 
Serve!
