When did scrunchies come back into fashion?

They were all over walmart and no not just on the people of walmart website. Don't they seem kinda expensive? Of course I'm sure I had a few polka dotted ones back in the day!!!

Kale Yeah!

Oh Kale, when did you become so hipster? But it is pretty darn tasty too. So for dinner we had a nice kale salad 1 C kale, chopped 1 C Spinach, chopped 1/2-1 C Cole slaw blend with carrots 1 can of drained and rinsed white kidney beans 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped 1/2 purple onion, chopped lemon pepper to taste sunflower seeds toss with your favorite dressing So simple and yet satisfying, we completed the meal with a nice piece of buttered bread. YUM!
