What is better than warm soup on a cold and rainy day?
How about Broccoli Cheddar soup in a slow cooker?
And how about only 4 ingredients?
1 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 pint half and half
1 jar salsa con queso
season to taste
Put all ingredients into slow cooker and mix well. Turn to high and cook for 2 hours and then turn it down to low for 1 hour.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and a crusty bread stick.
