DIY Jewerly Organizer

I got this at Kohl's and decided it would be better suited for
hanging jewelry than to just use it for keys and notes.
Plus it's super cute!

I put it next to my bathroom vanity, it was easy for the hubs to hang, it had two grooves already in the back for easy hanging.
It would of been nice if it came with the hardware but luckily we
had plenty. As for hanging earrings, nothing could be simpler.
Just push them in, push it real good ha ha!! I couldn't resist.
There are many hooks for necklaces, even long ones hung on it
well. I could hang more necklaces in the middle but I instead put bracelets on it since I need access to the outlet. But it is a great way to plan your daily outfit's jewelry as well and besides it
looks great and impeccably organized.
The hubs said it looks like a store. I corrected him and said don't you mean Boutique :-)

Belle Maison Organizer at Kohl's regularly priced $49.99
on sale for $22.49 and I had a $10 off coupon. So total price was $12.49!

Peach on Earth

We had our Office Christmas Party the other day and decided on a three ingredient no-fail recipe! It always delivers and rarely leaves leftovers. Peach-BBQ Lil' Smokies 2-14 oz package of Lil' Smokies cocktail sausages 1-16 oz jar of Peach Preserves 1-16 oz bottle of BBQ sauce Put all ingredients into a crockpot, stir and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.  Serves 12-15, I would double for larger crowds.

Doritos Pumpkin cheese ball

1 Block cream cheese ½ C salsa (pace salsa works best) 2-3 C crushed nacho doritos Bell pepper stem Small round bowl Press and seal wrap Non-stick spray Mix with an electric mixer the cream cheese and salsa. I mix it well and until it is quite creamy/fluffy. Place a piece of press and seal over a small bowl and spray with nonstick spray. Put in cream cheese and salsa mixture and wrap up. Let chill overnight or at least 2 hours. When ready to serve unwrap ball and roll in crushed doritos and top with a bell pepper stem. I like to serve it with blue tortilla chips for Halloween, this is also great for Thanksgiving.
