The hubs and I ate a light dinner last night and then we were starving for something sweet so I whipped up some tasty brownie treats. The recipe I used called for nuts which I didn't have, but I did have a bag of indulgent trail mix from walmart. That stuff is so good it's a mix of chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, peanuts, almonds, cashews, golden raisins and dried cranberries.
1 pkg brownie mix or your favorite homemade brownie recipe
1/2 C Indulgent trail mix
1/4 C shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
Prepare mix as directed. Spray a 9x9 inch pan with non-stick spray. Add trail mix, chop if desired and add coconut.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Let cool if you must and cut into bars.
